I. General Provisions

3. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

II. Sources and categories of processed personal data

1. The Controller processes personal data that you have provided to them (for example, by filling out a contact form, sending an inquiry via e-mail, or by phone).

2. The Controller processes your identification and contact data necessary for handling your inquiry or for the performance of a contract.

3. The Controller may process data obtained through cookies (if you allow them on the website), which are used to analyze website traffic.

III. Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing

1. The legal basis for processing personal data is:

• Performance of the contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (e.g., processing a price quotation, execution of an order).
• The legitimate interest of the Controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters, if you are our client) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
• Your consent to processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (if you are not our client) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

2. The purpose of processing personal data is:

• Processing your order, inquiry, and the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller.
• Answering questions sent via the contact form.

IV. Data retention period

1. The Controller retains personal data:

• For the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
• For the period until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years, if the personal data is processed based on consent.

2. After the retention period has expired, the Controller will delete the personal data.

V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the Controller)

1. The recipients of personal data are persons:

• Participating in the delivery of goods / services / execution of payments based on a contract.
• Providing website operation services (web hosting) and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop or web presentation.
• Providing marketing and analytical services (e.g., Google Analytics).

2. The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or to an international organization.

VI. Your rights

1. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:

• The right to access your personal data pursuant to Art. 15 of the GDPR.
• The right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Art. 16 of the GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 of the GDPR.
• The right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Art. 17 of the GDPR.
• The right to object to processing pursuant to Art. 21 of the GDPR.
• The right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 of the GDPR.
• The right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the Controller listed in Art. III of these conditions.

2. Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated.

VII. Terms of personal data security

1. The Controller declares that it has adopted all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

2. The Controller has adopted technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form (e.g., secure HTTPS web protocol, server security with passwords, antivirus programs).

3. The Controller declares that only persons authorized by them have access to personal data.

VIII. Final provisions

1. By submitting an order from the online order form or by sending an inquiry via the contact form, you confirm that you are familiar with the conditions of personal data protection and that you accept them in their entirety.

2. The Controller is entitled to change these conditions. The new version of the personal data protection conditions will be published on their website.

These conditions take effect on January 27, 2026.
